So worth it to eat here when in Vancouver. Every dish was delicious, flavorful and so balanced. Ordering 5 dishes + dessert was filling for two, but the entire menu was so tasty I could’ve ordered more. Would definitely want to eat here again!

Had an over-the-top incredible experience here. Beautiful atmosphere, knowledgeable servers who seem incredibly passionate about their jobs and the restaurant. Our server treated us to a couple extra things which was unexpected but truly made our night.Tried the halibut, hiramasa, striploin, morel mushrooms, and chocolate dessert. 15/10 on all. Can’t wait to go back— thanks for making our dinner so special ✨

As a foodie I had to try this place since it was voted as Canada’s number one restaurant and I was extremely disappointed. The food is presented extremely well but some of the dishes really lacked flavour. Really enjoyed the scallops and the bison tartar but the fried mushrooms were very greasy and under cooked. The service was fantastic and they have an interesting wine selection but I was expecting much better as Canada’s number 1

Another agreeable high end restaurant. Good food, good service. The atmosphere just did not quite lend itself to my fancy. A very modern, dark, loud type of environment. To me it felt as though I may be having dinner at a sort of hipsters bar scene. Clearly more pricey. That is only my opinion, meaning that to another it may be just right. The food was great, as was the service.

We came here tonight to celebrate my belated birthday. Our server Lauren was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Of all the servers we had, she made our experience very memorable. The food was delicious and there were some dishes that were more memorable than others. The overall experience was nice and presentation on everything was beautifully plated. It is quite expensive for the tasting menu as portion size are small, but it was a nice treat.

Hands down the best restaurant in Vancouver. Reservation in this restaurant will be at least a few weeks ahead of time but completely worth it.Dining room is immaculately designed and furnished for a laid back but polished atmosphere. I like that the music level is just right - not too loud and just enough for the background. There is no TV which is a great + for me.Came here as a group of 4 and what impressed me apart from the amazing taste of food is the pace of food. The waitress and kitchen really nailed the timing. We didn’t feel rushed and there was also no big pause in between each plate.The food menu is very unique and diverse. A couple of different twist to European dish. Overall all very polished - personally I found that the entre meal the least impressive. It was still very good but it is not different to other fine dining places. Appetizers were my highlight because of how unique the dishes were - you definitely cannot find this elsewhere in Vancouver.Overall for its quality, the meal was modestly priced. Highly recommend to try their cocktail list as well which is also very polished and high quality.

One of the best dining experiences I've had in Vancouver. I can honestly say everything was a cut above. From the affable staff, to the menu, to the decor and comfy seating, not a miss at Published was found. As I have some food allergies, I was very impressed by the written menu with all items left available to me they handed me when I sat for dinner. They also called ahead for questions regarding details, which was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. It put me at ease and allowed me to focus on everything they have to offer. The cauliflower, lamb two ways and short rib were exquisite. The drinks were also brimming with creativity. The non-alcoholic mushroom soda was a particular delight. As a Michelin star restaurant now, expectations are high but prices were quite reasonable, and expectations were exceeded. This location deserves to be top of the list if you're planning a special occasion. You'll understand what I mean as soon as you walk through the door. 10/10. Will be back, again.

My 3rd time here. The service was great considering it was very busy. I like the flavours they have here, it’s mostly very refreshing and bright. Overall food is good, but there was some misses this time. The halibut was over cooked and quite rubbery, the strip loin flavour was great, but was also quite tough. Beside those 2 minor points overall experience was great.

We were lucky enough to get a walk-in table right at the beginning of their service. We sat at the bar and got to chat with the bartenders. Everything was quite comfortable and we felt very well hosted. Each dish we had was super tasty but the standout dish was by far the salmon. Even now my mouth waters a bit thinking about it.We would definitely come back to try the tasting menu the next time we are in Vancouver.
